By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any other guidelines or rules applicable to other services that may be posted from time to time. Please read carefully through these terms and conditions, which apply to the use of this website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions then we would advise you not to use this site, but you are free to browse at your leisure. If you do access the website with the intention of placing an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.

Any contract between us, whether for use of the website or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the website, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Ordering

All orders can be placed securely on line through this website by using the shopping cart facility only. Responsibility cannot be taken for the security of your details if given in any other way.

All orders are subject to availability, and if an item you have chosen is not available, or to be available within 10 working days, you will be notified via your email address. Out of stock goods will be marked ‘to follow’ on your delivery note, and will be forwarded automatically.

Delivery

Our aim is for you to receive your order within 5 working days. However, if any item ordered is out of stock we will notify the customer of the expected delivery schedule, and the customer will have the choice to wait for the item or cancel the item from the order. The maximum period of delivery would be within 21days unless specifically agreed with you, the customer.

Pricing Policy

All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling. The prices are subject to variation from time to time.

Payment Method

You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. You must provide the card holder’s name as it is shown on the card, and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Crown Falconry for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders without this information cannot be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Data Protection and Privacy

Any details you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

Collection and Use of Information

Crown Falconry is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. However, you can access the website and browse all areas without disclosing personal data.

Where the order form exists we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (name, dispatch address, telephone number, e-mail address) and later in the process, financial information, i.e. credit card number, expiration date, etc. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil customer orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order this information will be used to contact the user.

As stated on the order form, all potential purchasers of our knives must, by law, sign the declaration that they are 18 years of age or above.

Returns

Whilst every effort is made to maintain the highest of standards, should any product not be to your satisfaction simply return it so us, unused, within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and, subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days.

Please note: that if your PayPal account fails to provide us with a confirmed address or if it is an unverified account, your order will be delayed until full payment has been cleared.
